Best of Orange County LogoThe votes are in and Doheny State Beach has been chosen for the 15th consecutive year as the County's "Best Camping Site" in the Orange County Register's 15th Annual Best of Orange County survey. Doheny shares the honor this year with San Clemente State Beach. "Even when it's crowded, which is most of the time during the summer, Doheny's 62 acres of beachfront camping, picknicking and romping grounds feel open and friendly," says the Register's write up of Park visitors. Surfers will want to check out The Beach Information System for the results of the most recent water quality test at their favorite beach.
