Reservations
may be made up to one year in advance. FAX AND E-MAILED REQUESTS CANNOT
BE ACCEPTED. ORIGINALS ONLY, NO COPIES PLEASE.
An area is not
reserved until the completed reservation paperwork and the
full reservation fee is received at Doheny State Beach. This
includes:
COMPLETED, SIGNED and INITIALED Group
Picnic Reservation and Event Form, and
SIGNED Alcohol
Waiver Form, and
APPLICABLE
FEES (CASH or CHECK). [NOTE:
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE.]
Reservations may be made in person or mailed to: Doheny
State Beach, 25300 Dana Point Harbor Drive, Dana Point, CA
92629. DO
NOT FAX. Office
hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The
Picnic Coordinator can be reached at (949) 496-3617 for questions
or assistance.
A $50
processing fee will be charged to all groups requesting
a change in date once the reservation has been
booked. Requests for transfers of date or site must be
made in writing 30 or more days prior to the
booked picnic date or they will not be accepted.
FAX or E-mail requests cannot be accepted.
Cancellations will NOT receive
a refund.
No
reservations are accepted for Memorial Day, July
4th, and Labor Day.
We
accept cash or checks, only; sorry, no
credit cards.
